| A little background on Ronnie....we called him Maynard, he grew up in Bakersfield Calif, graduated from North High School, wrestled for 3 years, was funny as could be...we went to the drag races all over, hit the So Cal beach scene, did rodeos in the mountains near Glennville, went fishing on the Kern River loved country music, and just had a great time, I went to Viet Nam right after HS, was in country when Maynard died, my Mom was notified and wrote me, he is resting at Hillcrest Memorial in Bakersfield, waiting for the rest of us. I teach HS in Bakersfield, pass by his old house every day. God bless you for maintaining the memory of those on watch.....Bob Stone |
