Killed in action in an ambush near Tay Ninh. He was hit while saving another man. He received the Silver Star, Bronze Star, Purple Heart, and a Gallantry Cross with a Palm and RVN National Order medals from South Vietnam


Here is the picture of the two of us, it was taken at Ft. Campbell, Ky where Jack did his basic training.  It is about 6 months before he was killed.   Lisa
